We will be photographing at 3 different locations. The industrial environment of an old textile factory >Přádelna< in Strakonice (ca 1000 m2), at the airport in Strakonice and beautiful South Bohemian nature. There will be a few >photo stages< prepared inside the abandoned textile factory, all equipped with professional lightning. Other photo accessories (as a fan, different photographic backgrounds etc.) will be also available. The number of photographers is limited to a maximum of 50. They will be divided into groups, each group will have a designated location with models and the groups will rotate, so every photographer has the chance to shoot all models. There will be up to 16 beautiful certified models to photograph. Translation into English, German, Russian and French will be provided by professional interpreters. TAMRON, one of the world's largest lens manufacturers, will provide lenses for the test during the workshop. The stages in the factory will be equipped with professional studio tools including flash or continuous lights supplied by our partner company Phototools.cz. All products from Tamron and Phototools can be tested and purchased during the event at discounted prices. In addition to the original program, individual shooting arrangements can be booked.

Total price per person including 2 nights hotel accommodation and meals is 500 EUR (13 000 CZK). A reservation fee (a deposit) of EUR 250 (CZK 6,500) should be paid to secure your spot at the event. Applications or other inquiries should be sent to strbacka@fototrade.cz

At this moment we do all to ensure that we are ready to welcome you to the event. We will inform you about the actual conditions of entry into the Czech Republic on time (ca a week before the event). Now we recommend all participants to have completed the vaccination against Covid-19.
However the situation in Europe can change over the summer. In the unfortunate case the situation regarding Covid-19 will not allow IPS 2021 to take place the 10th September 2021, then the paid deposit will be refunded (the full amount minus the bank fees) or will be retained for the participation in IPS 2022, which will take place from 24 to 26 June 2022. You would decide which option you prefer. Let’s hope this will not happen and we all can meet this September and enjoy the event.
